Import Export For Multi Location

 

If you want to transfer a large amount of product and location data between Woocommerce, then you can use a specially-formatted spreadsheet to import or export that data. Import Export For Multi Location uses CSV (comma-separated value) files to perform this kind of bulk task.

 

                                        Let’s have a look at how it works.

 

 Import / Export

  1. Click on “ WooCommerce Multi Locations Inventory Management” plugin 
  2. Select “Import/ Export”

 

The screen will be shown like this . (See Screenshot IE01)

You can see two tabs are there . One is “Import” another is “Export”.  (See screenshot IEO1)

                     

Import

Lets understand  the process to import products and locations

Now a field labelled “Select to Import” appears. It has two options in the dropdown menu:

  1. Woocommerce Product

       2. Locations

    Just choose one option from the dropdown menu that best fits your requirements.

  1.  To import all of existing woocommerce products, choose “Woocommerce Product” from the dropdown menu.
  2. To import All the locations that are added through “Manage location” select “Locations” from dropdown. (See screenshot IEO2)

  1.   Click “Next” button 
  2. A new field appears called “Choose a file from computer”. Click on “Choose file” and select the csv file that you want to import.
  3. Click “Finish” .

Export

Let’s look at the process of exporting products and locations.  It’s quite a  similar way as above lets see, 

Now a field labelled “Select to Export” appears. It has two options in the dropdown menu:  (See screenshot IEO3)

  1.  Woocommerce Product

      2.  Locations

   Just choose one option from the dropdown menu that best fits your requirements.

  1. To export All of existing woocommerce products, choose “Woocommerce Product” from the dropdown menu.
  2. To export All the locations that are added through “Manage location” select “Locations” from dropdown. (See screenshot IEO4)

  1. An export method is selected now click on  “finish”.
  2. Your csv file is downloaded successfully.
