Quickbook Payments Set Up:

Setting up Quickbooks Payments is a bit of a winding process, as Quickbooks requires an app for your store to connect to. You’ll need to create your own app in the developer console to connect your store to Quickbooks Payments. We’ll walk you through these steps and how to get your app credentials.

1. Go to intuite >> Click on dashboard >> Go to the my app >> Create new app.

2. While Creating app click on this quickbox >> give name to your app >> select payment option from dropdown.

3. Now successfully we have created app.

4.(For test purpose we are using this keys) Now click on app >> Go to development >> Key & Oauth >> Copy those client ID & client Secret.

5. Login in your wordress >> upload your quickbook payment plugin >> click on configure card >> page will redirect on setting page >> tick on all check box & paste here client ID & Secret keys.

Note:​ Please Enter Client ID and Client Secret and Click on Save Changes
Note:​ If you want to use Development mode (Sandbox) then add Development mode Client ID and Client Secret Key and provide Redirect URL from red box to created app in
Intuit

6. (This for original work purpose , in production section you can do real time entries)Same for production also.
Please refer all previous steps (Screenshot nos :- 7, 8 ,9)

Copy keys & Paste in plugin, Copy URI from plugin & Paste in production >> key & oauth section >> Url section.

Click “​ Connect to Quickbooks​ ” button to open the connect dialog for Intuit. If your
credentials are correct, you’ll be able to connect to your new app.
Note: Before click on “​ Connect to Quickbooks​ ” button add bellow URL as Redirect
URL in Quickbooks.
Click “Connect” / “Authorize” to do so.

Connect to your app.
All done! Now you can configure the other plugin settings and process payments.

Connect to Intuit for E-Check:
Once you’ve entered your app’s Live Client ID / Test Client ID and Live Client Secret key /
Test Client Secret key, you can ​ save your settings​ .
• Before the setting save plugin setting page looks like below.

In Setting page >> do all both checkboxes enable(please tick on this checkbox)
Note – here we Select Development mode
1. If you want Development mode then please tick mark on give check box if not by
default it’ll be Production mode (Connection Procedure will be same for production
and Development Moder)
2. Provide Client ID and Client Secret
3. Copy URL (given in Red Box 2) and Paste it into Intuit App Redirect URL
4. Click on Connect to QuickBooks button

Click “​ Connect to Quickbooks​ ” button to open the connect dialog for Intuit. If your
credentials are correct, you’ll be able to connect to your new app.

QuickBooks Payment for WooCommerce On Checkout Page: E-Check
Payment

Extension Settings:
Enable / Disable – This will enable the gateway to be used by customers to
checkout.
Title – This is the text shown for the payment during checkout and on the
Order Received page
Description – This is the text shown under the title during checkout. Limited HTML
is allowed. If you enable test mode, this section will also display a notice along with
test credit card numbers.
Instructions – This is the text shown on the thank you page.
* AVS check – If enabled, It will show you AVS check status in order note.
Production Client Id – This is the Production Client ID for your Intuit app.
Production Client Secret Key – This is the Production Client Secret key for your intuit app.
QuickBooks Payment for WooCommerce Sandbox – This is the checkbox for
switching the live( Production) and test( Sandbox ) mode. If you Enable QuickBooks
Payment for WooCommerce sandbox ( Sandbox mode if checked).
Development Client Id – This is the Sandbox Client ID for your Intuit app.
Development Client Secret Key- This is the Sandbox Client Secret key for your
Intuit app.
